It takes days, weeks and most of the time, years of physical abuse on the body to show its effects. If you are the type who gorges on fatty, salty or excessively sweet food, you are in a high risk group. Your chances will double if you do not get any physical workout like a thirty-minute cardiovascular exercise at least three times a week.
If you also factor in vices like too much beer drinking and cigarette smoking, expect to have a shorter lifespan. Does that sound okay with you?
Third, you will have grouchy disposition since you are always complaining of some minor aches and pains brought about by your different illness. This will affect the way you deal with your fellow office workers. If you do not improve your level of health and this pattern continues, you might end up alienating yourself. However you want to take a look at it, this does not sound like a great idea so you should better clean up your act.
