But, don't fret too much - there are some great ways that you can remove it all without causing too big of a fuss. Follow these easy tips and you'll maximize your time and efforts:

#1: Know how much you have to haul off before you start. This means that you need to walk through the home and yard and take a mental note of the amount of trash and debris that need to be removed. You should be able to get a good idea of how big a job it will be.

#2: Then, figure out what will be the best way to remove trash from the house. For example, you may just need a large truck to haul one big load or you might need to rent a dumpster to get it all. Check the costs of both.

#3: Before you start the trash removal process, make sure that you go through and salvage any pieces that you can use in remodeling the home so that you save on costs on down the road.

#4: Make sure that you remove and dispose of anything hazardous that might be in the house in the proper manner - such as lead paint or asbestos siding.

#9: Once you have all of the larger trash removed from the home, make sure that you take the time to remove all of the smaller bags of debris as well.

#10: Make sure that you keep in mind that you will have more trash to remove after you have remodeled the home, so if you did rent a dumpster, you might want to keep it for the duration of your remodel.
